Responsibilities

Responsible for the governance of the copyright ecosystem in the music content center for domestic and international markets. Develop comprehensive, precise, and objective governance metrics and reasonable identification and handling strategies, including but not limited to, preventive measures, interventions during incidents, and post‑incident accountability, to prevent and mitigate various copyright issues. Implement new features and improve existing features by identifying issues through user research and market research and developing solutions for the music copyright ecosystem. Leverage insights from data analysis to improve existing processes and produce new processes that improve the operational efficacy of the copyright management system. Build algorithms and systems to identify malicious behaviors and characteristics. Provide data analysis for domestic and international copyright owners and agencies to analyze song performances and usages. Collaborate with different teams, such as technology, operations, business development, and data, to systematically implement product plans, complete product delivery, and continuously monitor governance outcomes.

Qualifications

Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Technology Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Technology Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, and 5 years of post‑bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following :

• Identifying, analyzing and improving existing business or product processes to optimize performance, meet best practice standards, and improve quality and user experience;
• Managing projects involving cross‑functional stakeholders to formulate workplan, drive alignment, coordinate collaboration, and deliver strategic business outcomes;
• Conducting user research, competitor analysis, or market science analysis, including interviewing customers, gathering survey questionnaires, and designing UX surveys, to validate and analyze users’ needs;
• Analyzing and interpreting results from experimental design, standard experimental design, randomized control test, data‑driven statistical analysis, and attribution analysis to gain insights that inform business decisions;
• Building dashboards and reports to gather and process large quantities of data to support the monitoring and evaluation of product performance using SQL and analyzing reports on Google Analytics.

Salary Range : $179,421 - $311,600 per year

Job Information

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $179,421 - $311,600 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses / incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
