Provide support to other Solution Architects for elements such as completing scoping questionnaires with clients.Have a high-level understanding of the technical product portfolio.Undertake technical pre-sales engagements, including but not limited to :Generation of customer proposals
- Supporting Sales and Accounts team to nurture and progress client new business wins and existing business retention in proposals and RFPs / Tenders.
- Capture and provide customer / business requirements and feedback on existing products.
- Providing input to / influence new technical developments / approaches within our markets.
- Undertake the initial Pre-Sales ticket triage process
- Engage with our sales teams to introduce new initiatives
Qualification
- [REQUIRED] Experience in scoping and designing client solutions.
- A willing to understand technology and processes related to the Security Operation
Centres (experience or understanding of Splunk, Microsoft, Carbon Black and
Crowdstrike knowledge is a bonus) and related activities.
- Cyber Security knowledge with evidence of the ability to learn and understand
challenges and solutions.
- Ability to aid colleagues with visualizing, conceptualize, articulate problems and
construct solutions.
- Excellent written communication skills; the ability to structure and articulate written
communications in a persuasive and succinct form as well as grammatically correct.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
