Monitoring & Documentation : Continuously monitor patients' conditions, track lab results, and accurately document all patient information in electronic health records.
Medical Procedures : Assist with medical procedures and assist in operating and monitoring medical equipment.
Supervision : Oversee and direct the work of licensed practical nurses, nursing assistants, and other support staff.
Collaboration : Work effectively as part of a healthcare team, collaborating with doctors, specialists, and other professionals.
Emotional Support : Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families, especially during difficult health challenges.
