About the job Oracle Fusion Applications Technical Lead Manager (Makati) | Hybrid

Work Schedule : Morning Shift

Work Setup : Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility : Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities :

  • Design and develop integrations between Oracle Fusion Applications and external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOAP, and REST APIs.
  • Work with functional teams to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure seamless and secure data flow between applications, adhering to best practices and performance optimization.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure business continuity.
  • Execute data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to migrate data from legacy systems into Oracle Fusion Applications using tools like FBDI and ADFDI.
  • Develop scripts and processes for data transformation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Validate and reconcile converted data, working closely with business users to ensure data integrity and compliance with business requirements.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in technical development within Oracle Fusion Applications.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical lead in Oracle Fusion Applications.
  • Proven experience with integration development, data conversion, Analytics and report building within Oracle Fusion modules with expertise in at least three of them
  • Proven experience in integrations, data conversions, and report development.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and familiarity with ERP, HCM, SCM.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, PL / SQL, SOAP, REST APIs, and data migration tools like FBDI and ADFDI.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and other integration technologies.
  • Competency in Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and Smart View for report development.
