Job Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries and account concerns
- Assist with billing, payments, and transactions
- Resolve issues and escalate complex cases
- Process account updates and requests
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
- Meet performance metrics (AHT, FCR, etc.)
- Stay updated on products and policies
- Work with team members to improve service
