We are seeking a dynamic Lead Generation Specialist to drive business growth through strategic outreach on Facebook and Instagram platforms. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and converting potential customers through targeted social media campaigns and direct outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to generate qualified leads
- Conduct direct outreach through DMs, comments, and story interactions to engage prospects
- Research and identify potential customers using social media tools and competitor analysis
- Track campaign performance and optimize for better ROI and lead quality
- Maintain prospect lists and follow up with leads through the sales funnel
- Create engaging content that attracts and converts target audiences
Requirements
2+ years experience in social media marketing and lead generationProven success with Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Business toolsStrong written communication and messaging skillsExperience with CRM systems and lead managementAnalytical skills to interpret campaign data and make improvementsSelf-motivated with excellent organizational abilitiesPreferred Qualifications
