Overview :
We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations by providing high-quality administrative, clerical, and communication support in both English and Spanish . The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to management and team members.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages in both English and Spanish , ensuring clear and accurate communication.
Prepare and translate documents, reports, and correspondence between English and Spanish as needed.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems (digital and paper).
Assist with onboarding and communication between Spanish-speaking staff and English-speaking supervisors or clients.
Support HR and operations teams with administrative tasks such as timesheet tracking, file management, and documentation.
Draft letters, reports, and presentations as required.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Proficiency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required.
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Has minimum internet speed of 100 MBPS
Has noise-cancelling headset and external monitor
