Sales Associate

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team! The ideal candidate is customer-focused, sales-driven, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their needs and special requests.
• Meet daily sales quotas and submit accurate sales reports.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to sanitation and safety standards.
• Set up food items, tools, and equipment before store opening.
• Ensure the quality and freshness of stocks, preventing spoilage and contamination.
• Process customer transactions, handle cashiering duties, and ensure timely sales deposits.
• Manage online food aggregator accounts (e.g., Foodpanda, GrabFood, Pickaroo).
• Analyze customer feedback and implement service improvements.
• Assist in training new team members as needed.
• Follow company policies, work standards, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including acting as a reliever at other store locations when necessary.

Qualifications :

Work Schedule & Benefits :

Schedule : 8-hour shifts

Pay : ₱10,472 - ₱12,000 per month

Benefits : 13th-month salary
