Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 PM – 3 : 00 AM, 30 min paid break | Carolina (Eastern Time)
Paid hours per week : 38 Hours
Responsibilities :
- Verbally confirm every reservation with guests through phone calls
- Conduct general conversations with guests to validate booking information
- Enter bookings into the property management system
- Handle guest messages through the Breezeway software platform
- Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to resolve guest issues
- Handle incoming phone calls and process new reservations over the phone
