We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter who can move fast, think strategically, and bring in top talent across borders, with a strong emphasis on LATAM recruiting . You will own full-cycle hiring for both internal roles and client roles, driving everything from sourcing and outreach to interviews and offers.
This is not a coordinator role. It is built for someone who thrives in a startup environment, operates autonomously, and manages multiple priorities with precision. What You’ll Work On
Full-Cycle Recruiting
Own end-to-end hiring across design, marketing, operations, and technical rolesLead intake calls, define role criteria, and set clear search strategiesSource, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring processManage offers and ensure smooth handoffs into onboardingGlobal and LATAM Talent Acquisition
Build sourcing strategies specific to LATAM and global marketsMaintain strong understanding of compensation, talent pools, and cultural nuancesBuild relationships with candidates and nurture long-term pipelinesPipeline Management and Process Optimization
Keep ATS pipelines clean, updated, and well-documentedImprove hiring workflows to reduce time-to-fill and maintain excellent candidate experienceDrive clarity and consistency across all recruiting stagesCollaboration and Reporting
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelinesBuild role briefs and interview plans that set searches up for successReport on funnel metrics, conversion rates, and search performanceTech-Enabled Recruitment

4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in agency or in-house environmentsStrong track record sourcing and hiring talent across LATAM and global regionsConfident relationship builder with strong closing and offer negotiation skillsOrganized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environmentHands-on experience with ATS tools such as Workable, Lever, or similarExperience hiring for creative, marketing, or technical roles is a plusSelf-starter mindset with strong accountability and ownershipHow to Apply
