Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to support the smooth operation of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and help ensure the kitchen runs efficiently. Key Responsibilities :

Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks (e.g., washing, chopping, peeling ingredients).

Keep kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils clean and orderly.

Load and unload dishwashers or wash dishes by hand as needed.

Properly store and label food items and supplies.

Dispose of garbage and kitchen waste in accordance with hygiene regulations.

Follow all health and safety procedures, including wearing protective clothing and using kitchen tools safely.

Assist with stock rotation and inventory checks.

Support other team members as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
