Role Overview

:

Your role ismainly tobe a contributing member of the desk to preserve and develop the core business,maintainrelationships with internal stakeholders and external customers with a strong emphasis on adoption andutilizationof technology. Observe proper standards of the market conduct and work within theappropriate legaland regulatory frameworks to foster a risk awareness and compliance culture in all strands of business activity. Demonstrate integrity, skill,careand diligence in carrying out the function of a Broker.

• Promote TullettPrebonas a company

• Maintain and develop existing client relationships andmake contact withprospective new clients where appropriate

• Maintain anup to dateknowledge of the products and markets in which you work; activelysolicitfeedback from industry participants through various means, including trade calls, surveys, industry events, tradeshowsand conferences

• Understand the desk’s business strategy andseektoidentifynew business opportunities relating to trends, future markets,productsand clients

• On-board new clients following the correct process with the Client On-Boarding team

• Assess client needs and financial conditions toidentifyinternal cross selling opportunities

• Understand pertinent regulation within the evolving regulatory landscape

• Support a risk and compliance aware culture andcomply withgroup policies

• Exercise independent judgement and act with integrity, care,skilland diligence to avoid conflicts of interest and escalate issues as appropriate
