Program Manager

Job Description:

The Program Manager pro-actively manage the day-to-day activity and delivery of the AIO Project Managers to ensure that projects are delivered within the committed scope, schedule, budget, quality and compliance to project management standards. He/She actively supports the implementation of an effective project management framework which is aligned with the standards set by IT governance.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Liaise with IT AIO Program/Project Managers and IT Governance in checking and improving project performance and compliance to project management standards.

• Ensure clear communication on expectations on how the Program/Project Managers will be measured on project execution.

• Communicate any improvements on process and performance metrics.

• Facilitate project management forums, workshops, pocket discussions, and change management activities to ensure adoption of improved processes/framework

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology or related courses

• At least 15 years of relevant experience in a financial services environment

• Experience in managing people across different levels within the organization

• Experience in managing high profile or strategic programs/projects with heavy collaboration with cross functional teams

• Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati.
