About the role
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of healthcare services to our patients. This full-time position is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, where you will liaise with medical professionals, patients, and their families to coordinate all aspects of patient care.
What you'll be doing :
- Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments, procedures, and follow-up visits
- Communicating with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure a seamless care experience
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Assisting patients with insurance claims and billing inquiries
- Coordinating with the healthcare team to facilitate the implementation of patient care plans
- Providing exceptional customer service and acting as the primary point of contact for patients
