This is a remote position.

Executive Assistant

Scope :

  • Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am to 5pm Pacific with a 30-minute unpaid break
  • Remote work arrangement
  • Direct support to CEO of HR consulting and SaaS business

Responsibilities :

  • Manage email correspondence and prioritize communications
  • Coordinate and manage calendar scheduling, including building in travel time for in-person meetings
  • Organize and track tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion
  • Schedule dedicated work blocks to prevent over-booking of meetings
  • Handle customer communications and basic customer service inquiries
  • Provide general administrative support to the CEO
  • Help create systems for better time management and productivity
  • Requirements :

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with email management and calendar coordination
  • Ability to work independently and proactively identify scheduling conflicts
  • Basic customer service experience
  • Proficiency with standard office software and scheduling tools
  • Strong communication skills for client interactions
