Job Description

• Create, implement, and sustain backend services mainly utilizing Node.js.
• Design and scale SaaS backend infrastructures on AWS cloud platforms.
• Drive architectural and technical choices that balance speed, stability, and maintainability.
• Guide, support, and develop engineering team members to encourage growth and teamwork.
• Engage in operational responsibilities, including participation in on-call rotations via PagerDuty.
• Develop and enhance automated testing frameworks to uphold high-quality code standards.
• Build and refine CI / CD workflows to enable smooth and dependable software releases.
• Work closely with product management and design teams to deliver user-centric solutions.

The Successful Applicant

• Senior-level experience with strong hands-on Node.js development skills.
• Proven expertise working with AWS cloud services and infrastructure.
• Experience building or supporting SaaS products.
• Demonstrated knowledge of testing automation frameworks.
• Practical experience with CI / CD tools and pipelines.
• Current or past people management experience with proven leadership and coaching skills.
• Operational experience with PagerDuty or similar incident management systems.
• Ability to make sound technical trade-offs focused on product and business outcomes.
