KEY FUNCTIONS / DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. On HOA Turnover and Conveyance
- On archiving, proper labelling, and safekeeping of HOA Juridical documents.
- Assisting with the preparation, availability, and completeness of HOA documents subject to turnover to HOA residents.
B. Reports
Assisting in the preparation and / or tabulation of various reports, such as but not limited to :Collection efficiency report
Utilities monitoring reportTurnover and conveyance reportC. On Administrative-related functions
Assisting in the preparation / monitoring of all 3rd service contractorsEngagement, Extensions, and Renewal of HOA Service Contracts, such as but not limited to (Security, Janitorial / Manpower, Landscaping, Grass cutting, and other necessary requirement)Requisition of HOA Supplies to SCM, including supplies and R&M requests for HOA projectsOn preparation of Sapphire TicketsLegal - for juridical Documents, ect.
IT Services - for any troubleshooting and / or system accessD. Other Functions
