Job descriptionProvides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat). Resolve issues & accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services. Account specific roles and responsibilities
- Updating patient records in a system
- Rebilling medications accordingly
- Processing rejections or RX real time
- Adding new patients or record in the system for ever new facility that will start
- Calling facilities and insurances to get claims override
- Researching for patient's insurance or eligibility
- Emailing facilities to communicate medications for Prio-Authorization
