Position : Mandarin Team Leader

Location : Ortigas, Pasig City

Industry : BPO Company

Salary : Php 90,000

Schedule : Shifting Schedule with 2 days off

Worked Set up : Hybrid Setup (2 days RTO, 3 days WFH, or vice versa)

Responsibilities :

Operations liability : business process designing, daily / weekly / monthly reporting, quality control, complaint handling, problem finding, analysis and improvement, and resolution.

Cultivation and management : Handle Project Orientation, initial training, follow-up training, daily catch-up and advice, and daily feedback for updated information.

Cost Control : Create monthly shifts, and optimize the best layout to achieve KPI and Profit targets.

Client communication : Create credibility with the client, and manage escalation and reporting.

Team development : Able to provide immediate feedback to the team, able to develop talents

KPI Management : Able to make sure the team is meeting all the KPIs

Report Analysis : Able to generate reports and provide analysis on the reports.

Follow and implement all Information Security policies and related documents

REQUIREMENTS :

Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing the Mandarin Language.

Bachelor’s degree in any degree and Open to undergraduates

With BPO and Supervisory / Team lead or Management background

Knowledge in handling the team.

Below 45 years old
