Department: Supply Chain & Logistics Location: Philippines Department: Supply Chain & Logistics Location: Philippines Job Description 1. Ensures effective implementation and compliance to established Operational and Security SOPs.
2. Create & drive Ops initiatives to strengthen in-process measures to drive target KPIs to their peak.
3. Drives the hourly achievement of Sort target on his/her assigned shift.
4. Responsible for upholding 5S and keeping the area clean and conducive for working.
5. Assist managers to conduct Root Cause Analysis and formulates Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to eliminate recurring problems in operations.
6. Ensures that the manpower plan is implemented correctly.
7. Responsible in monitoring the Work Force Management system (Plan Accuracy / Compliance / OT)
8. Initiate request for additional manpower and overtime if needed.
9. Conduct scheduled/adhoc Gemba walks and SOP Audits (share observations and recommendations) with managers
10. Collaborate with other Supervisors and Team leaders during shift huddle to discuss handover report and previous day performance.
11. Monitor inventory of assets and MHE.
12. Manage & control consumable inventory to ensure operational continuity. Job Requirements 1. Preferably bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role within a sorting or logistics environment.
3. Solid understanding of warehouse operations and sortation systems and processes.
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team.
5. Ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make informed decisions.
6. Solid problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and ensure continuous improvement.
7. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
8. Knowledgeable in the use of MS Office applications - Excel and Powerpoint
