Responsibilities :
Responsible for the ordering of materials, supplies, and / or equipment and follow through with suppliers on shipment and delivery. He / she selects suppliers, places orders and arranges service contracts; follows up orders to ensure that materials are shipped and delivered on expected dates; Inspects products received for quality and quantity to ensure adherence to specifications.
Requirements :
Graduate of any degree, business course is preferred
Experience related to Purchasing is an advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel
Detail oriented, organized
With positive work attitude, capable of time management
