Job Description
The Finance Manager reviews financial reports and recommends ways to improve profitability.
- Forecasts capital requirements and procures funding for company's business growth and development.
- Oversee treasury operations and consolidates / optimizes funds from all branches.
- Prepares financial forecasts and projects for related studies, researches and proposals; recommends risk management policies and action plans.
- Facilitates in setting annual sales targets and budget for company expenditures.
- Builds strong relationships with banks and procures deals for loans and bank facilities.
- Ensures strong internal control, BIR and SEC compliance with other government agencies; management reporting.

Job Description
The Finance Manager is responsible for the financial health of the company, records, and interpretation of financial data to help management make sound financial decisions. Ensures timely and accurate recording of all transactions summarized into monthly financial board reports, manages cash flow and coordinates with banks and financial institutions for car financing and working capital loans.
Maintain the financial health of the organization.Ensure sufficient financing lines to support revenue growth plans.Provide financial reports and interpret information to management while recommending courses of action.Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and actual performance vs. plans / budgets.Develop trends and projections for the firm's finance.Conduct reviews / evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.Oversee operations of the Finance department, set goals, and design a framework to meet them.Manage preparation of the company's budget.Liaise with auditors to ensure monitoring of finances; coordinate with government regulatory bodies.Qualifications :
