OVERVIEW : Join our team as a Logistics Coordinator and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. If youre organized detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment this is your chance to support efficient shipment processes and make a real impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Serves as Back-Office Support to the Customer Service Officer.
  • Input / Upload data into MAGAYA (Cargo Network System).
  • Track shipments (Air / Sea) daily via web tracking or by contacting Forwarding Agents and Shipping Lines.
  • Responsible for collating e-files of all active shipments.
  • Update CSO regularly regarding any status changes of shipments.
  • Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
  • Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
  • Tracking and fixing shipping errors.
  • Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced data analysis and data visualization
  • Expert inventory management
  • Ability to use computers software and other technology for inventory and communication purposes.
  • Understanding of the supply chain including common obstacles and effective solutions.
  • SHIFT SCHEDULE : 8 : 30 PM - 5 : 30 AM MNL time

    SETUP : This is a remote (work-from-home) position open to candidates based anywhere in the Philippines.
