Job description

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Atleast 2 years experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar role.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.

Understanding of market dynamics and pricing trends.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement procurement strategies.

Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers.

Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand.

Evaluate supplier performance and maintain relationships.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Analyze market trends to identify new suppliers.

Manage purchase orders and maintain accurate records.

Collaborate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs.

Track delivery schedules and resolve supply issues.

Prepare cost analyses and reports for management.
