Job Description

• Plays a crucial role in ensuring that the team members are equipped with skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Focus on communication techniques and developing a strong understanding of US Geography to enhance customer interactions.
• Conduct training sessions to team members emphasizing communication strategies cultural awareness and US geography knowledge.
• Assess trainees progress and provide constructive feedback to help them reach their full potentials.
• Stay up to date with industry trends customer service practices changes in the US geography to ensure the training content remains relevant and effective.
• Drive and improve Spoken and Written English Communication and floor support for on time and quality delivery
• Liaise with operations to ensure there is adequate and effective training support provided
• Highly proficient in English and should natural / fluent
