Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (Chicago, CT)
Break : 1-hour unpaid break
Total Weekly Hours : 40 hours
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audits, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Conduct accounts receivable (AR) reconciliations and perform age analysis reviews to monitor outstanding balances and ensure timely collections.
- Implement and maintain financial controls using FIRM Methods to safeguard the company’s records and ensure readiness and compliance in the event of an IRS audit.
- Maintain accurate financial transactions
- Manage and track expenses and revenue
- Manage tax compliance, including preparation and submission of taxes, and related filings.
- Oversee payroll administration, ensuring timely and compliant processing of compensation.
- Perform account reconciliations in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Zoho to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements and tax filings using live data integrated through FIRM Methods, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in financial reporting.
- Support the procure-to-pay (P2P) process, including payment processing, purchase order tracking, and vendor management.
Requirements :
ACCA (Inter), CMA (Inter), MBA, or equivalent qualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience : Minimum of 3 years in accountingExperience working with U.S. clients is an advantageExperience with US GAAP or IFRS is a plusProficient in Google WorkspaceProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Proficient in QuickBooks and ZohoMust have excellent English communicationProficient in QuickBooks and Excel proficiencyMust have Full-cycle accounting experience with a focus on reconciliations and financial statement preparationThe Ideal Candidate :

Requirements
