Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule :  Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (Chicago, CT)

Break :  1-hour unpaid break

Total Weekly Hours :  40 hours

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audits, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Conduct accounts receivable (AR) reconciliations and perform age analysis reviews to monitor outstanding balances and ensure timely collections.
  • Implement and maintain financial controls using FIRM Methods to safeguard the company’s records and ensure readiness and compliance in the event of an IRS audit.
  • Maintain accurate financial transactions
  • Manage and track expenses and revenue
  • Manage tax compliance, including preparation and submission of taxes, and related filings.
  • Oversee payroll administration, ensuring timely and compliant processing of compensation.
  • Perform account reconciliations in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Zoho to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements and tax filings using live data integrated through FIRM Methods, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in financial reporting.
  • Support the procure-to-pay (P2P) process, including payment processing, purchase order tracking, and vendor management.

Requirements :

  • ACCA (Inter), CMA (Inter), MBA, or equivalent qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience : Minimum of 3 years in accounting
  • Experience working with U.S. clients is an advantage
  • Experience with US GAAP or IFRS is a plus
  • Proficient in Google Workspace
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and Zoho
  • Must have excellent English communication
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel proficiency
  • Must have Full-cycle accounting experience with a focus on reconciliations and financial statement preparation

    Requirements
