Job responsibilities : Conduct legal research and prepare legal memorandum on topics related to corporate law, intellectual property, labor and employment, data privacy, and regulatory compliance Assist in the preparation of legal documents, contracts, and corporate policies Support the legal counsel in managing day-to-day affairs and company-wide projects Assist in managing and organizing legal files, records, and databases.
