Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Meet performance targets (e.g., quality, speed, efficiency)
Follow company policies and procedures
Qualifications
High school graduate or college level
Good English communication skills
At least 6 months BPO experience (for some accounts)
Willing to work on shifting schedules and on-site
With or without experience (training provided for certain roles)
