Join our Technical Support team as a Customer Service Agent. Provide voice support to customers by addressing technical issues and guiding them through troubleshooting. Candidates must have completed 2 years of college, ideally in IT or computer-related courses. Minimum of 6 months BPO experience is preferred, but we also welcome applicants with no call center experience as long as they are tech-savvy.
