Marketing Lead, Public Relations

Lalamove is an on-demand delivery technology company, empowering users all around the world to make delivery fast and reliable. Today, Lalamove operates in 14 markets across Asia, Latin America and EMEA. Our driver partners operate a vast array of vehicles to suit each market including lorries, vans and cars for deliveries of almost anything of any size. Fleets of two-wheel vehicles are also available for courier services providing fast and low-cost delivery solutions. Through dedicated mobile and web apps, Lalamove seamlessly connects users and drivers around the world to move things that matter. The Public Relations Lead is responsible for planning and implementing PR campaigns to promote and protect the brand’s reputation. He/She designs PR campaigns to strengthen long-term or tactical messaging on how Lalamove empowers communities, both for Users and Drivers. Day to day tasks include campaign development, agency management and writing.

What you'll do:

• Longform and Corporate Communications Writing- As PR Lead, base skill requirement is ability to write PR Articles for seeding to traditional and online media. From time to time, the PR Lead is also responsible for crafting Corporate Communications or brand statements as requested by Media and other Partners
• Strategy & Campaign Development- Identifies the best communication projects to maximize exposure and delivery of message for long term or tactical objectives. This can be through straightforward article to PR seeding initiatives, or scaled up projects which involves campaign development & management of PR agencies
• Representation and Relationship Builder- Able to identify partnership opportunities that maximize media exposure such as brand ambassadorships, KOLs or CSR activities.
• PR Issues Monitoring- Routinely create or manage Online scans for possible issues or complaints connected to the brand, and be able to recommend in dispositions should the issue have a branding impact.

• Strategist: Has excellent organizational and planning skills, connecting plans to single objectives
• Relationship Builder: Able to maintain relationships with media, agencies and corporate partners for brand building efforts.
• Agility: Able to craft Media Statements when the situation requires to be on demand.

What you'll need:

• A relevant degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications
• Minimum 5 years hands on experience on PR Campaign Development, Writing and Activations (Online and Offline).
• Can represent the company well through excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with designers & other members of marketing team in order to produce desired output
• Willing to work onsite in 4F, Tower 2 Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX), 1 Kennedy Road, Brgy. Tambo, Paranaque City
