As a Salesforce consulting professional at PwC you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients analyzing their needs implementing software solutions and offering training and support for effective utilization of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

About the Role

• Defining and delivering the Marketing Cloud architecture solution of the projects including timely production and documentation of high level and low level solution designs.
• Work amongst our industry-leading AI practice educating and energizing our clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective cloud-based solutions.
• Provide strategic guidance and best practices to ensure data integrity and marketing effectiveness.
• Mentor and support junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends tools and technologies to drive innovation.
• Participating in a Technical Design Authority to assess and quantify the risks associated with design decisions and communicate these to the relevant parties
• Development of enterprise-wide application and custom integration solutions that include major enhancements and interfaces as well as functions and features;
• Determine the specifications plans and design and individually or with the project team develop complex and business-critical software solutions that utilize the appropriate software engineering processes.
• Develop development standards and procedures as well as architectures code reuse.
• Performs as an internal consultant advocate mentor and change agent.
• Viewed internally and externally as a technical expert and critical technical resource across multiple disciplines.
• Strong understanding of domain driven design front-end design cloud architecture APIs and batch processing.
• Accountable to analyze transform business needs into technical designs for scalable and resilient integration solutions.
• Experience in leading development teams to ensure developing integrations within established design architecture and coding/technology standards and framework. Owns the technical delivery of the solution with a ability to translate a design into configuration and development
• Acts as a primary contact with business stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements elaborate impacts developing and maintaining strong relationships and keeping them informed and engaged throughout the entire development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical problem solving and interpersonal skills with focus on Team Delivery along with maturity in dealing with all levels of business and IT leadership.
• Ability to lead multiple efforts across projects to deliver high quality integration solutions.
• Conduct design and code reviews ensuring proper coding conformance to standards and best practices including performance reliability scalability extensibility and high quality.
• Ensure the technical deliverables meet all applicable internal standards regarding application design testing quality and security.
• Participate in technology evaluation and adoption efforts including delivering proof-of-concept to demonstrate feasibility.
• Working experience on Agile methodology and familiarity with tools (JIRA) and understanding of SDLC processes.

About You

You are likely a good fit with the following key attributes:

• Degree holder (e.g. IT Computer Science Engineering or related disciplines).
• Required skills: marketing automation technical architecture data model design salesforce development solution designing
• Must have at least 2 or more relevant salesforce certifications.
• Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant experience ideally in Consulting related to Salesforce.
• Experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud preferable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills able to communicate both technical and non-technical content clearly and succinctly to multiple audiences.
• 5 years of experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement Personalization and Intelligence modules.
• Senior Manager level is welcome to apply.
• Interested candidate must be open to work in a hybrid work setup based in Makati City.
