Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Programming Engineer to support the design, integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation and control systems for complex manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PLC and HMI programming, electrical / control design, and machine-level automation, with a focus on Rockwell Automation platforms and machine vision integration.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement Control System Architecture (CSA) for manufacturing and automation projects.

Develop and maintain PLC and HMI programs using Rockwell Studio5000 , RSLogix5000 , FTView ME / SE , and Connected Component Workbench .

Integrate machine vision systems and industrial cameras with PLCs.

Create and review electrical / control panel layouts, schematics, and Bills of Materials (BOM).

Perform safety validation activities including safety mapping, IQ / OQ documentation, and compliance for new equipment installations.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and vendors for successful equipment installation and commissioning.

Review and analyze engineering documents, vendor drawings, and specifications in line with project requirements.

Develop feasibility studies, technical documentation, cable schedules, and device / tag lists for new machinery or equipment.

Troubleshoot and optimize existing control systems to reduce production losses and improve operational efficiency.

Prepare and review technical documents (engineering info, work sequences) for contractor execution at the site.

Design and develop URD (User Requirement Documents) for PLC & HMI systems.

Provide onsite and remote support for start-up, testing, and troubleshooting of automated systems.

Analyze historical data to support loss analysis and identify process improvement opportunities.

Integrate various plant systems for seamless operation across production units.
