The Role

As Quality Assurance Associate, you are responsible for ensuring that all incoming and outgoing products meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. You will assist in monitoring quality processes by conducting inspections, documenting findings, and reporting any quality concerns.

Additionally, you will support compliance with industry regulations by coordinating with relevant teams, ensuring proper handling and storage of products, and assisting in the implementation of quality assurance procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of incoming shipments ensuring compliance with company and regulatory quality standards.
• Perform quality checks on outbound shipments to ensure only approved products are dispatched.
• Coordinate with the NMIS Plant Officer and internal teams for compliance, inspections, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate inspections records, document quality deviations, and assist in preparing reports for audits and compliance assessments.
• Identify and report quality issues , supporting the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Assist in enforcing quality assurance procedures in warehouse operations, ensuring proper product handling, hygiene, and food safety compliance.
• Work closely with warehouse and inventory teams to uphold FIFO / FEFO and food safety protocols.
• Assist in the proper disposal of condemned products, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and company protocols.
