QUALIFICATIONSCandidate must possess a Bachelor's / College Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (with or without license).Male / FemalePreferably with extensive experience in construction projects, technical description & understanding, documentation, and safety management.Highly proficient in Office applications, AutoCAD (2D), Solid Materials, and SketchUp.Must know technical architectural drafting, drawing, plotting, and detailing construction materials specifications.Must have knowledge of construction estimates.Experience in handling people and people management.Ability to drive a 4-wheel vehicle; driver's license is an advantage.Willing to travel and do fieldwork.Systematic and detail-oriented.At least 2 years of handling construction projects and supervision experience or more.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDetermine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; complete technical studies; prepare cost estimates.Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assign personnel; review costs & estimates.Visit construction sites to collect details, measurements & dimensions as needed.Determine project schedule by studying project plans and specifications; calculate time requirements; sequence project elements.Use CAD, SketchUp software, and conventional drafting stations to prepare drawings, Gantt charts, and records.Maintain project schedule by monitoring progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.Prepare drawing plans for offices & stores for building / occupancy permits.Control project plans by reviewing design, specifications, and schedule changes; recommend actions.Control project costs by approving expenditures and administering contractor contracts.Maintain product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.Submit progress reports / WPR weekly or monthly as needed.
