JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :

Content Planning & Strategy

  • Develop and manage a content calendar tied to a weekly theme
  • Posting a minimum of 3x-10x a day on Instagram & Facebook
  • Coordinate themes with the team and also take initiative to execute independently
  • Ensure consistent, branded weekly social output across all platforms
  • Research Business trends that are going viral and emerging formats to always spot new opportunities for growth.
  • Content Creation

  • Turn one core idea into multiple engaging social posts (reels, carousels, captions)
  • Know how to work with AI on knowing our specific ideal client, What is the most relatable content for them. Then based on the AI
  • Write clear, compelling, on-brand captions with minimal editing needed
  • Create polished social graphics in Canva
  • Perform light video editing for reels and stories (strongly preferred)
  • Analytics, KPIs & Optimization

  • Monitor, track, and report on social KPIs ( watch times, overall reach, comments, saves, signups, and conversions)
  • Analyze performance data weekly (and monthly) to identify wins and areas for improvement
  • Test, learn, and refine content approaches based on data insights
  • Make clear, data-driven recommendations to optimize growth and increase conversions
  • Share regular performance updates with the marketing team, including actionable next steps
  • Community & Engagement

  • Respond promptly and empathetically to comments and DMs
  • Foster strong relationships and turn engagement into community-building
  • Identify customer questions and pain points to inform content strategy
  • Workflow

  • Collaborate with team to align content strategy with business goals
  • Use ClickUp to manage tasks, deadlines, and approvals
  • Submit content drafts for weekly review and feedback
  • Track performance metrics and share insights with the team
  • Take ownership of scheduling and publishing all approved content across platforms
  • Daily / Weekly / Monthly Expectations

    Daily

  • Publish scheduled content and monitor immediate engagement for 2–4 hours post-publish.
  • Respond to all comments and DMs within 24 hours (target : 4-hour window during business hours).
  • Update ClickUp with task completion and flag any blockers or urgent needs.
  • Log number of posts published each day.
  • Weekly

  • Log and review Overall Reach (total for the week).
  • Track Number of Posts Published and calculate Posts : Reach Ratio to evaluate efficiency.
  • Measure Engagement Rate (likes, comments, shares, saves relative to impressions or followers).
  • Identify and document Top-Performing Posts (highest engagement or reach).
  • Update content calendar 2–3 weeks in advance with specific post concepts and themes.
  • Monitor platform notifications for trending hashtags / audio for future content opportunities.
  • Deliver KPI report with weekly performance data  and specific improvement recommendations based on metrics above.
  • Monthly

  • Track Net Follower Growth (followers gained minus followers lost).
  • Measure Total Monthly Reach & Impressions.
  • Calculate Average Engagement Rate across all posts for the month.
  • Review Content Mix Performance (which types, topics, and formats performed best).
  • Track Website Clicks or Conversions if applicable.
  • Use monthly analysis to set next month's strategic content goals and adjust the content calendar.

  • Type : Full-time, exclusive commitment (not taking on other contracts or clients)

    Schedule : Monday-Friday, delivering real results and meeting deadlines consistently.

    Reporting : Weekly performance reviews with bonuses on result milestones.

    The Profile

    NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-5 years in Social Media + Community Management
  • Proven record of growing IG / FB Followers Authentically (no bots)
  • Solid experience in building and managing content calendars and engagement campaigns on Instagram and Facebook, with a proven track record of growing social channels exponentially
  • Ability to plan and maintain consistent content calendars
  • Solid copywriting skills with excellent grammar
  • Ability to analyze performance data and make clear, actionable recommendations
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly reliable with a proactive, ownership mindset
  • Knows how to use AI
