What you'll be doing?
Provide IT support : With the support of IT managed services vendor, provide day-to-day IT support to all staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Enhance cybersecurity : Implement best practices, manage security protocols, and coordinate with external vendors to maintain a robust security posture.
Manage IT infrastructure : Oversee servers, cloud services, and networking equipment.
Maintain and monitor the IT infrastructure, develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and system configurations.
Lead IT projects : Participate in and potentially lead strategic IT and digital transformation initiatives aligned with the company's goals.
Vendor management : Coordinate with external IT service providers, manage contracts, and ensure optimal performance of outsourced services.
Work closely with the IT managed services vendor and outsourced IT security operations center team User training and support : Manage cybersecurity training programs and support staff with IT-related onboarding and offboarding processes.
Reporting and compliance : Prepare quarterly IT updates for management and coordinate annual IT audits and risk assessments.
Who are they looking for?
IT expertise : A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Technical proficiency : Strong knowledge of infrastructure management, cybersecurity practices, and experience with cloud platforms and remote access tools.
Industry experience : Familiarity with professional consulting, financial services, or family office environments is preferred but not mandatory.
Project management skills : Experience in IT project management, from evaluation to implementation, is a plus.
Problem-solving abilities : Excellent analytical skills and a customer-service mindset to address complex IT challenges.
Adaptability : Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and flex duties according to work priorities.
