Key Responsibilities :
Post job openings and manage recruitment for U.S. (retail) markets.
Source candidates and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Manage high-volume recruitment and multiple priorities.
Support recruitment efforts on evenings and weekends when needed.
Collaborate with teams to meet hiring goals and timelines.
Use ATS, job boards, and Google Maps for sourcing and candidate management
Qualifications :
Experience : 2-3 years of recruitment experience (preferably in North America or retail sectors).
Skills : Strong attention to detail, ability to handle high-volume recruitment, and familiarity with sourcing tools (ATS, job boards, Google Maps).
Industry Knowledge : Understanding of retail or wireless industries is a plus.
Traits : Creative, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
Working Conditions :
Shift : Night shift (remote work).
Occasional : Must be available for evenings and weekends to meet national recruitment goals.
