Senior Project Engineer

Overview : The Project Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting technical aspects related to project management, cost analysis, site supervision, and client support. This position will involve collaborating closely with project support and sales support specialists, as well as interfacing with the parent company for design and build project requirements. The Project Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of technical duties, reviewing costs, conducting site inspections, and providing essential technical support to facilitate successful project execution and sales closure. Key Responsibilities : 1. Collaborate with the Operations Team to prepare accurate cost analyses for quotations to be submitted to clients or ongoing projects, ensuring competitiveness and profitability. 2. Review costs and preparations conducted by project support specialists and sales support specialists, providing technical expertise and guidance to optimize outcomes. 3. Conduct regular site inspections during project implementation to ensure adherence to specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. 4. Interface with the parent company to fulfill design and build project requirements, coordinating technical aspects and ensuring alignment with project objectives. 5. Provide comprehensive technical support to the sales team, including technical presentations, solution development, and addressing client inquiries or concerns to facilitate successful sales closure. Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience in project engineering or related roles within the construction or engineering industry. Strong technical proficiency and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct detailed cost analyses and technical evaluations. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients. Experience in site supervision and knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols. Familiarity with design and build project processes and coordination with parent companies or external stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under tight deadlines. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
