We’re looking for a Sourcing Partner in Manila who’s ready to operate at a higher level.

You’ll be joining a sourcing crew of 6 , embedded in a 20-person recruitment team that partners with ambitious clients across Australia, the US, and the UK.

This isn’t about just screening CVs, this is full-spectrum sourcing. AI tools, proactive outreach, pipelines, insight-led search, and candidate engagement that actually feels human.

What you’ll do :

• Run deep calibrations with our recruiters to nail briefs from day one
• Use Boolean, data mining, and AI tools to source passive talent
• Own outreach and screening calls — you talk to every candidate first
• Tag, talent pool, and leave Zoho cleaner than you found it
• Build pipelines for now and for what’s next
• Weekly roundups, sharp updates, and insights that make hiring faster and smarter
