Job description

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for queries directed to client services by phone, email or online case management system.
  • Focus on Climate-related queries and requests, provide explanations and resolutions to client's use case and question on Climate data
  • Conduct calls with clients (product and platform training, relationship planning and review, analyst meetings)
  • Act as liaison between client and internal MSCI Research teams for key client initiatives

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • At least 3 years of work experience in Climate (Client Service function would be preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA or Master's Degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Climate Investing, Environment Science, Finance preferred
  • Strong interest in how Climate factors impact the investment process
  • Must be attentive to detail with a willingness to learn and grow per the business goals
  • Must have an appreciation for diverse cultural norms and styles
  • Prior knowledge of MSCI products and experience of a client facing role (preferred)
  • A self-starter and highly motivated, ability to work individually and within a team
