What is your mission?

  • Set the direction and strategy for the organization.
  • Set up goals and objectives for the company in line with the client's or project's requirements.
  • Build and manage client relationships with both existing and new clients within or outside of the client's organization.
  • Prepare and present project proposals to clients and new prospects to solicit business and negotiate new contract terms.
  • Advise project teams on progress, problem solving, solution development, identification, and measurement of performance targets.
  • Create and communicate standardized methods and approaches to all members of the organization for efficient project management processes.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
  • Who are we looking for?

  • Candidate must possess at least a Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
  • Extensive experience of leading and managing large teams supporting a customer service, ecommerce, airline, and / or travel campaign in a BPO environment
  • Minimum 8+ years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage people, processes, and technology.
  • Ability to work in a process-driven, tight deadline, high demand transaction handling environment, as well as leading continuous improvement and business transformation projects.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, conflict management and influencing skills across all levels with both internal and external audiences
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills with exceptional follow through discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
