Handle and resolve Level 2 technical software troubleshooting concerns and complaints
Encourage customers to upgrade their services
Willing to work onsite in Makati City (PNB Building, Ayala Avenue)
At least one year of experience in providing tech support and ample experience in being a team lead
Can handle support, technical and troubleshooting issues
Ticketing software or tools
Can interpret and draft technical and functional documents
Familiar with MS Office and Windows OS
