Handle and resolve Level 2 technical software troubleshooting concerns and complaints

Encourage customers to upgrade their services

  • Requirements

Willing to work onsite in Makati City (PNB Building, Ayala Avenue)

  • Minimum
  • Completed two years of college education
  • Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree holder of any IT-related course
  • At least one year of experience in providing tech support and ample experience in being a team lead

    Can handle support, technical and troubleshooting issues

    Ticketing software or tools

    Can interpret and draft technical and functional documents

    Familiar with MS Office and Windows OS
