Build relationship with Key Business Decision Leaders (mostly C-Suites) and establish / maintain positive business and customer partnerships
Account Management on Key and Existing clients of Thakral One
Present, promote and sell the company’s products / services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs
Build and maintain industry specific pipeline and drive sales and growth aligned with the organizations overall sales and business development strategy
Reach out to new customer and / or leads through cold calling, Lead and conduct presentations or company overview as needed.
Proven track record in developing strategic alliance and partnership with principals and SI’s and can support the end-to-end process for channel management
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule and forecast
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory / market’s potential / trends, track sales and status reports
Initiate for to market approach with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and trends in sales and the IT Industry (Solutions & Services)
Continuously improve through feedback
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven work experience as a Sales Manager
Possess Relationship and contacts in the IT Consulting industry
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with CRM practices is an advantage
Ability to build productive business professional relationships
