The Job

Product Roadmap Ownership

  • Design and maintain a 12-month product roadmap
  • Plan product sprints to align on priorities.
  • Work with designers to stress-test and refine designs.
  • Prepare prototypes and test them with customers for feedback.
  • Regularly review competitor products to identify gaps and improvements.
  • Customer Acquisition and Conversion

  • Design and optimize acquisition strategies using both existing paid and organic channels.
  • Improve the discovery-to-sign up process with a focus on increasing conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful campaigns that attract high-quality leads.
  • Revenue, Customer Retention and Upsell

  • Own and report on all product KPIs, including acquisition metrics, churn rates, and revenue growth.
  • Enhance the Google reviews and CRM automation cycle for clients.
  • Create upsell opportunities into additional production services
  • Manage the customer onboarding experience to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Team Enablement and Support

  • Unblock team members working on design, content, and lead generation to maintain momentum.
  • Prepare release notes and distribute them to customers each month.
  • Build and manage a knowledge base and create how-to videos for key product functionality.
  • The Profile

    Who You Are :

  • 5+ years in product management, with a focus on marketing, SaaS, or automation tools.
  • Proven success in managing end-to-end product lifecycles, from discovery to revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in CAC, LTV, and payback analysis.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and customer success.

  • Scaled Revenue : achieves 3x revenue growth within 12 months.
  • Improved Metrics : Conversion rates increase, churn decreases and CAC payback is optimized.
  • Streamlined Product : Evolves products into robust, scalable solutions with seamless customer experiences.

  • Expectations (First 10 Days)

  • Key Focus : Understand the product and identify immediate improvements.
  • Product Audit : Conduct a full assessment of Wolf IQ and Smart Reviews' current performance and functionality.
  • Customer Insights : Review historic data and interview existing customers to understand their experience and areas for improvement.
  • Metrics Review : Analyze product KPIs like churn, CAC, and conversion rates to establish baselines.
  • Next 30 Days :

  • Key Focus : Stabilize and improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Optimize the Funnel : Design and execute a strategy to improve the lead-generation to discovery call to signup process.
  • Content and Automation : Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create optimized how-to content and CRM workflows.
  • Test and Iterate : Prepare prototypes and test new features with customers to validate enhancements.
  • By 90 Days :

  • Key Focus : Scale the product and set the stage for global expansion.
  • Revenue Strategy : Implement a scalable upsell strategy for product lines
  • Operational Scalability : Build the foundation for expanding products into the US market.
