WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....

Responsible for closing sales of various types of insurance policies in order to meet individual / team quotas and company business objectives

Solicit new business leads / referrals from BPI Corporate / Business Banking Relationship Managers, Bancassurance Sales Executives and other channels that may be identified by the Company.

Present to and close new business account.

Offer benefits enhancements / additional benefits during renewal period.

Establish, maintain and cultivate relationship with the BPI Corporate / Business Banking Relationship Managers and other distribution channels identified by the Company - 10%

Establish, maintain and cultivate relationship with new and current client portfolio - 10%

Introduce and endorse the Account Management team to the client during plan installation - 3%

Prepare and submit sales reports - 2%
