Preferably Masters or graduate degree, or equivalent, in a field relevant to Economics, Mathematics, Science or Engineering.

Relevant experience in economics including macroeconomics and preferably transport economic studies.

Experience in the development of policy and program for asset management systems and road maintenance and the development of road user cost models.

Fluent English written and verbal communication skills required.

Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients and project staff.

Adherence to safety plans on relevant projects.

Contributes to a culture of safety and quality within the Section.

Understands the market and industry.

Understands key business drivers to develop solutions.

Client satisfaction on aspects of projects prepared by the consultant.

Delivers project responsibilities on-time, on-budget and to agreed quality.

Ensures accuracy.

Reduces inconsistency, risks and errors.

Complies with standards & procedures.

Implements new practices and procedures.

Performance goals as agreed with Transport Advisory Team Leader.
