We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Salesforce QA to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring the quality and performance of our Salesforce solutions, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes and products.

Location : Manila, Philippines

Work Mode : Flexible office & remote

Role : JR. Salesforce QA

What You'll Do :

Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements

Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts

Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools

Perform regression testing to ensure system integrity after changes

Participate in daily stand-ups and provide updates on testing progress

Contribute to process improvements within the QA team

What We’re Looking For :

2 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing role

Familiarity with Salesforce platform is a plus

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
