JOB DESCRIPTIONConsolidate item request per department and prepare Purchase Order thru ERP.Shop for the best available deals on needed items by looking up prices from multiple vendors and suppliers to find the highest-quality items for the lowest price.Locate new vendors and establish working relationships with them.Maintain existing vendor and supplier relationships.
- Negotiate new contracts with existing and new vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor and Maintain inventory levels, ordering new items as needed to keep the inventory fully stocked and supplied.
- Ensure that purchased orders are delivered by coordinating with warehouse and porter.
- Daily or monthly liquidation of receipts.
Prepare monthly inventory report and cost monitoring per department.
- QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of BS Finance / Business Economics or equivalent.
- Proficient in oral and written communication.
- With at least 2 year of working experience in Purchasing / Inventory / Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- With Initiative and can work independently at minimum supervision.
Schedule :
- 10 hour shift
Supplemental pay types :
- 13th month salary
