We are looking for a driven and strategic Sales Manager /
Assistant Manager to lead our sales team in driving business growth and
building strong client relationships in the property sector.
The ideal
candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent
interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage and grow a customer base
effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead
and manage a sales team to achieve targets and revenue growth
Build
strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and developers
Execute
strategic sales plans aligned with company goals
Represent
the company in roadshows, exhibitions, and events
Collaborate
on marketing campaigns and pricing strategies
Provide
coaching and performance development for the team
Requirements : Diploma / Degree
in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or related field
Minimum
3 years of relevant sales experience
Strong
leadership, negotiation & communication skills
Proficient
in MS Office; fluency in Malay & English (Mandarin is a plus)
Willing
to work weekends / public holidays & travel as required
Must
have own transport
