Processing sales invoices and purchase bills in ReceiptBank and Hubdoc.

Processing bank reconciliation in Xero.

Preparation of payroll and lodgement of payroll related reports to the Australian Taxation Office.

Assisting your manager and other team members in day to day bookkeeping tasks.

Working within Xero and other cloud accounting software.

Working within Microsoft Office 365 products (i.e.

excel, word etc.).

• Requirements

Experience in the above work.

Understanding of cloud accounting software and ecosystem.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365 products.

Graduate of BS Accountancy required

At least 6 months working experience in accounting / finance

Open for fresh graduates

Work closely with the Managers and Directors in the firm with plenty of support.
